When I picked up my truck , I made a video as always for when I return it. So as I started I noticed how DIRTY the truck is. Inside the cab and also in the cargo hole. When I was done , I approached the owner and told him how filthy the truck was whilst asking him if "they clean their trucks" , he smirked at me and said , MAYBE NEXT TIME". I was driving for my daughter who was moving , she WASN'T IMPRESSED.

Owner made sure that the windows were clear of snow snd ice before I left the lot and settled my account promptly upon my return.
JAMES PThe only problem was that the windshield liquid tank was empty so It was difficult for me to drive due to the weather conditions.
HAMID RScrape ice of windshield, make sure truck doors open especially cargo door,took us 45 mins to get door open. Be less rude. Maybe warm truck up.
