Gayle was the most hateful and unhelpful person I have ever met across at ANY uhaul location....possibly anywhere else I've ever been. I wasn't sure what to make of it. Me being a paying customer giving the location business, seemed like an inconvenience to her. Nastiness aside, the trailer lights did not work. It was a "take it or leave it" situation. She said nobody else in town had one. I had to call customer service to get somebody out there to service the trailer. When I came back to the location, she was raising her voice at the repair guy, saying something like, "it wasn't his place to call", was visibly mad, and stormed off back to the office (which smelled of cigarettes and dog poop. The Chihuahua was cute, but I guess she didn't clean to after it or something). After the repairs were made, I went back inside the office to have her take the picture she needed of it hooked up (which I did, can't remember last time uhaul actually let a customer do that themselves). She had cancelled my reservation, so I had to do it all over again. What a mess...

My cell phone died as soon as getting to drop off. So the lady working there was very kind to take the keys and log me as dropped off. I so appreciated it after my long drive

ALEXZANDER SVery rude people. No customer service whatsoever. If you don’t want to help people then get out the line of work and find something more useful to do than be rude. Also need to double check trucks as I had mattress pads and the cab was dirty before I received it. If you gonna do a job, do it the right way all the time or don’t do it at all. Do better. Be better. It’s not hard.
DESTINY RI chose self service but had a hard time opening the lock.. once the person from the store arrived she was very rude, kept throwing smoke from her cigarette right on my face and she cancelled the dolly on my reservation and never informed me before hand! The truck was very muddy and dirty as well!
