My cell phone died as soon as getting to drop off. So the lady working there was very kind to take the keys and log me as dropped off. I so appreciated it after my long drive

ALEXZANDER SVery rude people. No customer service whatsoever. If you don’t want to help people then get out the line of work and find something more useful to do than be rude. Also need to double check trucks as I had mattress pads and the cab was dirty before I received it. If you gonna do a job, do it the right way all the time or don’t do it at all. Do better. Be better. It’s not hard.
DESTINY RI chose self service but had a hard time opening the lock.. once the person from the store arrived she was very rude, kept throwing smoke from her cigarette right on my face and she cancelled the dolly on my reservation and never informed me before hand! The truck was very muddy and dirty as well!
Tamy MBring your own help if picking up a trailer. Never have I had to assist in hooking up a rental trailer before! Seriously?!?!?! U-Haul has turned into U-Hitch, U-haul, and you unhitch! Regroup and supply centrally located SERVICE CENTERS and stop this remote, understaffed crappy unsupported locations!
