Very dark. I did get at 6 am but all other options on the lot were in a lit area. Mine was parked behind building, driver side basically touching the back wall of the building. The windshield was covered in ice and snow. It was a 26ft truck. No ice scraper in it. The back was almost touching a privacy fence. Again very dark while trying to take pictures per their request. The area is sketchy and not a good area so this made me uneasy. It should have been out and ready to go. Also rented an appliance dolly. It wasn’t with it.

Did not enter building. Back parking lot has no lights and doesnt feel safe because of that.

SCOTT AI’ve rented from this place once before and came back because the prior rental went smoothly. Yesterday, Uhaul’s system was down. Andy, the agent, worked manually writing down information for each customer he had, in addition to taking information over the phone. This guy went above and beyond making sure people who had reservations were taken care of. I really appreciated his efforts. Great guy.
