Truck rattled like something was loose, and im 5'6" and spent the ENTIRE trip looking for places I could get back into the cab that had a curb on them, as there were no running boards.

Would have been good to know that when the truck was returned during non business hours that you had to do it on the U Haul app while you were at the location. Had to drive all the way back to do it there. Other than that it was a good experience
Jill BI order a dollie there was no dollie in the truck but u charged me for it plus u charged me $100 deposit plus the charge of the rental plus an a extra $11 plus the truck was on E I brought it back with more gas in it
Felicia OMy only issue was I was quoted a price of 277 and ended up being billed 323 im not sure what the extra charges were for? Not didn't need insurance or any thing extra. I really wish someone could let me know what happened.
