No staff. Hardly anywhere to park. Dangerous to get in / out with such little parking lot space. We had to call customer service for the drop off address to be changed, even though it was listed correctly on our contact that we received the day prior. We arrived and it was all confusing. Called customer service and the representative was breaking up. Took longer than expected to talk to someone and get help

DAVID MThe truck was returned in the middle of the day and NO ONE was there to finish the paperwork. Phone service was bad and I couldn't do it online. Consequently, there was a glitch and the file reflected that the truck was returned but not cleared out of the system. This caused me to have to deal with phone calls to try to get it fixed.
AMANDA MThis location had no one on site and the building looks to be abandoned other than the UHaul lock boxes and key drop. There was barely a spot for the truck to pull into and for our car to park (my ride). Confusing as to whether this was really the place other than the other Uhaul trucks parked there.
