We put our keys in the Dropbox on the outside of the building when we returned the truck 3 hours earlier than we had rented it for. The owner did not even check that we had already returned the truck- despite it being the only 15 foot truck they had- and charged us an extra day’s rental + fees! Sloppy bookkeeping and poor customer service. I will not rent from this location ever again!

The whole process was super easy Thanks!!
JAMES GTrain your personnel! Poor clerk was new and had no idea what to do. It took 30 min to check out a trailer.
Edwin LTook 20 minutes to check out. The guy just pointed at the trailers and have us the number ... "Make sure to get the right one". Then the trailer was turned the wrong way (toward the road)...my wife and I had to pick up the tongue of the trailer and move it out of the grass onto the parking lot. During this, my wife got grease on her pants (which did not come out during wash). This will cost us another $25 to replace. This site was horrible customer service and put such a bad taste toward UHAUL.
CHRISTOPHER BCheck-in was easy and the woman doing the check-in was nice. However, the hand truck they supplied was one of those cheap foldable ones, not the actual metal UHaul dolly, so it wasn’t what I paid for and I would like a credit for it. Upon return, the guy ringing me up addressed my boyfriend instead of me even though my name was clearly the one on the reservation. He then tried to scam me out of $10 by saying I owed money for gas. When I said “no I don’t, I picked it up at half a tank and returned it at half a tank,” he muttered “ok ok” and fixed it. My bf agreed with me that it seemed scammy and the guy probably expected me to just go along with it bc it was a relatively small amount of money. So, thumbs up for the check-in lady, thumbs down for the crappy hand truck and scammy check-out guy.
