Patricia WBe on time. The place hours were 9:30 and they were late opening. There were 3 other customer outside waiting to get in as well. Also when Uhaul moved my reservation to this location they didn't let me know that the office hours had changed as well. I requested a 9am pickup but the new location didn't open until 9:30 so I arrived 30 minutes early only to sit and wait.
