Truck not swept, windshield and front of truck was muddy
DANIEL CIt was hard to locate, and it sits in a tire shop location in a rural area. The front office is a mess and looks like a back woods junk yard. They did not do a walk around with me. The cargo compartment door had another lock on it. We did not know this until we tried to load our stuff. This cost me an hour of labor I was paying for, and we tried to contact the manager numerous times without success. His attitude was lacking concern of "oh well". Also, I had reserved a car trailer for a cross-country move, I tried to contact them the day before without success, they didn't have it. This cost me to change multiple plans including leaving my stuff in Waynesville into storage while I moved to Maine driving my vehicle... Now I have to rent another truck and fly back to move my stuff again to Maine. This was not a last-minute plan and I'm unhappy with the lack of care for the customer.

MICHAEL JNothing it was great! I think I lost a key fob in floor possibly for my Toyota truck. Can someone take a look please?
