Odd place for a uhaul facility. Lady in office was very friendly (so was gentleman I spoke with on phone) so A plus for customer service in that regars. It's just not the place I'd send my mom to alone unless we absolutely had to (we absolutely had to this time). Truck needs front end alignment. Also, was asked in office if I would be willing to return truck to them rather than leaving it at my preferred drop off location 40 mins away as it was too expensive for their location to pay someone to drive over and obtain a new truck. They were willing to pay for the mileage but not the gas to do so.
