The owner that helped me was very helpful with prior info to renting, but with me not renting in over 20 years, some info was a little overwhelming. I'm also not a big "face always in my phone" type person and didn't see the email/text on taking pics of rental before leaving lot, so that reminder for future patrons might be helpful. Also the trailer was not completely cleaned out (had some trash left in it). ...other than that everything was fairly easy.
