I have rented a car hauler no less than four previous times this was the first time that I ever ran across that they had to be able to read loadcapacity on my tongue and ball and it had to be rust, free and no visible damage again I have rented a car hauler same type previously no problems they told me it had to be rated 7500 pounds tongue and ball each. I’m guessing any 2 inch ball is gonna be rated the same even if you can’t read it on the ball itself as far as a tongue goes, yeah there’s different capacities but if it’s a 2 inch ball that fits your trailer. It should automatically fit specs regardless if you can read it or not if it has scratches and rust on it so they wouldn’t rent the trailer I had to purchase it from them or go elsewhere and purchase it

The person who checked made us purchase another ball and hitch because she could not read the weight limit on the ball. We haul trailers all the time. The reason she couldn’t see the writing was because there was grease for lubrication on the knob. I really believe she wanted us to purchasers ball hitch from her. We did not. We left and went to Walmart. Imfeel she should have been more cooperative and tried to read the writing on the hitch we had. Excuse us for being professional and greasing it so it would work better. The chances of me renting from here again are slim to none.

I worked with Becky and James and they were easy to reach and great to work with. I was running behind on my scheduled return time and I was able to get an extra day with a phone call, which ended up being a big help. Got lots of extra work done before returning it the next day.
