It's a rather funky and cramped location and confusing to find the entrance. Signage is not very prominent. However, the person at the desk, was very nice and helpful.

Hello, I do not have any issues with Mike's Tire service, the problem is with your regiona(?) manager or who ever this lady is by the name of Tamara at 661-298-8222, The attitude, arrogance,bossy and self important, like she's the one to tell if you're going to move or not. She makes you feel that she wants, she can cancel your reservation and you have to go with another company. her response was all the time, "there is nothing I can do", never ever apologized for the mistake, never tried to accomodate for anohter truck or offering a solution. She was like, if you don't like it, take your business somewhere else and she's a manager?

Make it clearer where the entrance is, I did have some confusion on where to go to enter the facility, as well as which driveway.

Walked into the office and no one was there. Had to search for someone to return the equipment. When I did find someone they said that they couldn't help and another rep had to handle it but that he was in the back having lunch. If there is a time that employees take lunch and equipment can't be returned, customers should be made aware of this.

Make sure the service person go over every detail with the customer. Like miles, gas etc. My complain is that i took the van with 4018, they were truing to tell me i took it with 4014.

The yard was filled with other trucks kind of an inconvenience getting in. I was a bit overwhelmed by the yard but the person that assisted was great.

The staff were very helpful and did a great job. The only recommendation I would make is more clear signage for where the entrance is to get into the office to do paperwork and pay. It's easy to see that it's a Uhaul because of all the trucks in the lot of course, but it's not clear which part of the building to enter or where the office is. The staff and everyone there are very helpful though!

The truck had damages all over the place. Tired and damaged trucks should be retired from the fleet. The representative indicated that the tank was full but it was not. I think I have been played, resulting in putting more gas than I used. In short, I would rent from your competitors from now on.

1, The truck was not clean inside or out. It had dirt/dust all over console & drink holders, the steering wheel, floor mats dirty. 2. I had to get back out & push passenger side mirror out & couldn't adjust it as I was by myself & no one around any more. 3. There was so much play in steering & it felt like shocks were going bad as the ride was rough. 4. The a/c didn't work all that great, I was glad is wasn't hotter then it was several weeks before. With that said, the biggest most upsetting part of this was: 5. The mileage on my rental receipt was not correct, although the guy caught it, wrote the correct numbers on my paper & told me to tell them when I returned the truck what had happened & to calculate from the number he wrote on paper, which he initialed. When I was returning it the girl said 15. ? miles, I told her no, & proceeded to tell her what Joe told me to tell her. She began to argue with me, I told her to talk to Joe . She then got an attitude & said, "that's what I am doing, calling Joe but this isn't his writing" So she was calling me a liar... When she returned, she didn't apologized, she just called someone else about how to fix it in computer , of course again telling this person that shes never had this happened where the mileage is wrong. Again, making me feel as if I changed the paperwork. So I paid her in cash & left. Knowing a review was coming. 6. Didn't see this coming, later that night my husband asks me why his credit card was charged for 2 different amounts, the original estimated amount & the additional hours amount. I cant believe this, and now I have to go in there tomorrow morning & waste my time, to fight with this person to get this refunded back to the credit card. Besides I never gave them permission to charge my card again, only for the first time if they were closed when I returned the truck. I had some other issues at this location but it was a different matter. So, needless to say, I'm not very happy with my experience with the whole thing, you don't treat your customers like that, and this is the reason, I wish I had gone to the location I usually rent from wont male that mistake again & I probably wont being using u haul again either.

Unique location. It is combined with Mikes tires. Due to the smaller set up it seemed faster. That was cool. The person that helped me was a cool guy that was like a guy you would go have a beer with. He seemed to like to connect with his customer. Thank You

Reserved our truck online ... When picking my reserved truck up the total amout was not the same amount when I reserved online there was over a $40 difference. It just added more stress during our move... Just glad the move is done...

Mikes location was great but on the other hand everything else was sub par at best. First location I called to pick up vehicle in castaic lake called rodewood inn told me that the vehicle was ready. Went out there not only was the vehicle not ready. It wasn't even available. They couldn't find my vehicle so I had to settle for a 15 ft one instead of 20. They sent me to kiss soratge out in Santa Clarita telling me me the 15 ft was ready. Went there... guess what??? Yup your right. They didn't have the damn vehicle. At that point I had the regional guy call and find me a vehicle. And he found it at mikes. Not only were both locations unhelpful and could care less about the issue I was having. They didn't even have a solution. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders. I had reserved this vehicle a week before and when the time came to pick it up. It was not available anywhere. I would assume that there would be more sense of urgency since everyone knows how stressful a move is. Next time don't reserve a vehicle you don't have or if someone is gonna keep it longer then expected follow through like an adult and let the customer know about the issue. And not have them drive 25 min to pick up a vehicle that doesn't exist.
