The rental contract said to call once we got to Cape Girardeau. I called and left a message, but never received a call back. There were no obvious instructions, other than what I think we're key drop boxes. I had to unhook the trailer myself, manually (I am a female with no prior experience with this) push the trailer to what I hoped was a safe spot, and pray they were aware I turned the trailer in well before the time it was due. It was anxiety provoking and not a user friendly location
