We dropped off after hours so we didn’t interact with anyone- it was pretty dark and narrow to pull in. May have been different in daylight.

Very helpful and friendly. Huge difference from South Florida. Oh, please be aware that the truck I was given SHOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be used to tow a car. Major balance issues and shimmy over 20 MPH.

ROBERT LThe rental contract said to call once we got to Cape Girardeau. I called and left a message, but never received a call back. There were no obvious instructions, other than what I think we're key drop boxes. I had to unhook the trailer myself, manually (I am a female with no prior experience with this) push the trailer to what I hoped was a safe spot, and pray they were aware I turned the trailer in well before the time it was due. It was anxiety provoking and not a user friendly location
