JOAO RNothing. Eddie was great. Fabulous these days to find a person so tuned into customer service.
EUGENE SLocation, price and booking process by phone was easy and better value than Home Depot trailer/truck rental. The in-person agent at the storage facility where we picked up the truck was a bit grumpy/not friendly, but we only interacted with her for a few minutes so that’s no big deal.
