I could find no scan bar for the truck pick up. The business was closed so I can't fault them except for the scan bar . The whole experience was very bad and frustrating trying to pick up the truck. It should have taken 10 minutes but it took an hour and a half. I had someone waiting for me so it wasted both of our time. All this was after the pick up location and time was changed without notice or approval.

Charles HWe didn't realize we were renting and not buying the blankets and sent 5 of them with our sone in the other truck to Colorado, but when we dropped off the truck and explained the guy just picked up the phone, called the place where our son dropped off the other truck with the rest of the blankets. They confirmed they had them and that was it. No chat bot, "we'll get back to you", referral to FAQ or AI. Just a simple human solution that took less than a minute.
