Truck was dirty, only had a 1/4 tank of gas at pick up, and seemed like it was not going to make it to our (short) destination. Lots of engine noises and didn’t want to shift to a higher gear while driving. Brakes were questionable even with cautious driving. Felt pretty unsafe and unlike any U-Haul truck I’ve ever rented.

MARY CI cannot imagine anything that should be improved. I would say, if anything, the lady managing this location needs additional parking areas for her rental trucks, that's how popular her service is. She did a remarkable job for us, and other customers we saw also were pleased there. Great job!
