The scheduling center does not clearly communicate that when you first reserve a vehicle, it is not guaranteed. I had over 3 phone calls bumping my reservation to different locations. Sarah, the scheduling supervisor, helped me get my reservation back to its original location. Erin, the manager of my location, was excellent. She stayed late to accommodate my pick up, she was very organized, and her customer service was outstanding. My delivery went smoothly today because of Erin. Thank you to these employees for fixing what the scheduling department dropped.

Not a good experience. Booked for 9am , turned up at U-Haul location where booked & was informed I needed to go to another location which was 30 mins away. Got there & office closed until 10am. There were lock boxes but my reservation was not able to do mobile. Eventually got hello & picked up rental just before 10am. Did not give us enough time to complete our tasks we rented the truck for. Not happy
