Was rented a truck with prior roof damage and a door with an improper seal. This combined with rain every day of the move caused the majority of my items to become wet in some way. Whether the top or bottom got wet. Ruined a lot of heirloom, hand me down items, and even brand new items.

Uhauls parking in different location. Map pin didn't work so I had to do online chat to advise of drop off location. Remote dropoff app didn't work either, I had to drop off with online chat rep. They charged for $ not discussed.
PAULA MHad to figure out the online return process because the location isn't open on weekends. I thought everything was done so locked it and dropped the keys in before I realized there was a "get started" button beyond the first one.
