There is nothing to be improved i have been using this location for the last 3 times and I won't go to any other location it takes like 5 minutes your in and out i used to go to the main location on Williams her in Carson City Nevada which is 2 blocks from my house and most of the time it would take about 30 minutes and bad service so I would rather save time and get the fast and very very friendly service at the Postal Annex location and yes I tell all my friends and associates to use them

The drop off location wasn’t open a parking lot. It was not easy to find the key drop box and there was no one available to help if we needed it. For the price we paid for the truck it would have been nice to pick up and drop off at an actual u haul facility.
Patricia CI always get my U-Haul trucks from James and his wife at Postal Annex in Carson City. They always take such good care of me and make sure everything‘s ready to run and it’s just easy breezy to rent one from them. I tell all my friends to go to him.
