It was closed. Tried to call help line but way too long. Was forced to this location. People at original location were very helpful.
Neil SI had no problems at this location however according to my contract I should have returned the truck in Gardnerville Nevada. When I arrived at the Gardnerville site I filled the truck up with fuel and then parked it behind the store there was plenty of room. When I went inside I introduced my self to the lady behind the counter and said I was returning the truck that I had rented.The lady told me the lot was full and she could not accept the truck. I told her I already parked it in back next to the other trucks. She said no I can not take the truck and she did not even want to look at my contract. I found the store in Carson City 14 miles away and returned it there. The nice lady there told me that the lady in Gardnerville is well known for sending people away like she did me. Why has U Haul. not addressed this problem and why was I not called to make things right??
