After hours pickup so we had to use website to upload drivers license and then use the lockbox with code to get the key. It took several tries to get the license photo to “take”, and it was getting pretty tedious. However, the fact that I could do this at all was a huge plus.

Rich LThis was an unattended drop-off in a shopping center parking lot. It took a few minutes to find the key drop.
John SThe truck only had 1/16 of a tank of gas. That is an incredibly difficult fuel level to manage unless the inrwnt is for me to buy extra gas for the next person. I had to get gas 3 times during the rental Trying to keep it where I could return it as the same level.
