The location is fine. The original truck is reserved on the app apparently wasn't available for me to pick up via Mobile. After 45 min on the phone with customer service, my reservation was switched to a different truck and I lost 45 min if my 4 hour time allotment. This was after I went through 4 other locations trying to get the truck that I needed. The app spun in circles and no one really seemed to care that more than half if my day was completely wasted dealing with Uhaul"s unorganized rental program. Thanks but, no thanks in the future. I will not be using Uhaul until the rental program is improved and more expedited.
