I was checking in after hours. Getting the key out of the box was a MAJOR CHORE since it was put in in such a way that the tag got caught on the slider bar, and it would not open. I'm glad I had something to use as a lever, to push the key tag out of the way, otherwise I would not have been able to get the key out!
