SHAWNA KVery pleasant experience with the drop-off. The person I dealt with was very friendly. He also showed me how to use a dolly to remove the tongue from the trailer ball and lower it to the ground. No paperwork to deal with. It was clear that he was expecting me, and he was totally prepared.
