The online check in process was confusing, and did not provide the information I needed without making a call to uhaul (the location provided NO counter help - stating everything had to be done online). The customer service rep was able to give me the "code" for the lock box to obtain the truck keys. The key provided was for a 15 foot truck, I reserved a 10 foot truck. The truck cab was dirty, with spilled, dried, sticky, soda on the dash and seats. Inside the truck and the up ramp was dirty, i.e. dirt all about . Uhaul customer service call me while I had the truck and was drive to ask when I would pick up the truck ?? The online check out was again difficult and required another call to uhaul customer service. Apparently I could complete the online check out because the system did not reflect my original online check in of the truck ?? 38 minutes and 2 customer service reps later I was able to check out and drop the keys of in the drop box. Overall is was an absolutely terrible experience.

Pickup through app was a disaster. Took 45 minutes and 2 calls to support. Check engine light was on.
DAVID AThe remote location key accesss process needs to be improved. Because you can't do the sign in process unless you are at the pick up location, it is likely you won't have all the information they ask for. Instructions as to what you are required to have, need to be given before going to the location. Also, the windshield on the truck was very dirty.
Margaret SCompletely unprofessional no communication rude staff that work at a car repair shop and have a U-Haul Business. Our truck had oil and tons of dirt even leaves throughout the back and the cab was disgusting. You can’t call the phone number it says a phone number is not even been set up. Read the other reviews yes it’s convenient because it’s in Cave Creek but total and terrible reflection on Uhaul.
TROY HVery out of the way - this added at least 15 miles to my overall total miles! I would expect a refund for the extra miles and gas I had to use to get to these locations! Really should be able to return to a location that has a live body! Overall not a good experience.
