Received call to say Original pickup location at time of rsvp was changed to this location which was 8 miles away. Veh windshield was dirty and no water in reserve tank to wash.

It was a hassle to pick up my truck. I took a Uber to the location and I had to go through so many steps to get my rental. It took over 30 min. Big inconvenience. I never went through this with U-Haul. Not to mention it took forever returning my rental
EDWARD JWindshield of the vehicle had an enormous scratch from windshield wiper, directly in the driver's line of sight. Very difficult to see around and most likely illegal to operate. Hours of operation are erratic, sign perpetually says "open" but is not. Lockbox for key did not want to open. Miserable experience, won't rent here again.
