I had to wait a full hour for the truck to be cleaned off and was still given only my 4 hour window when the first hour was lost to not having the truck ready. Incredibly frustrating and awful service.

This locations management and all of its staff are amazing they I great people who don't only excel at their job and customer service they are very understanding of each customers wants and needs. They have been very accommodating to everyone of my needs during my move. This location is so great I could go on but I'm sure I've expressed how great of an experience I have had even during the most challenging period of my life. Other than a daycare service on site I wouldn't have any other suggestions for this location LOL! Seriously though,absolutely the best experience I've had with any Uhaul I've used over the years and the best storage facility experience I've had as well. Thanks to everyone at this store uve all set such high standards I don't think I could ever use another company or location ever again.

Our arrive to pick up the trailer. The representative insisted that she hook up the trailer to my vehicle which was ok... in the process of connecting the wiring for the trailer to my existing connection on the car the representative broke one of the male connections from the trailer off in the female connection on the car which rendered it useless. She informed me that U-Haul did not have only the part to fix the connector but rather the entire wiring harness for the vehicleâ€¦ which could not be installed until the following day ...No assistance was offered except to say that without A working connector all the car I could not leave with the trailer. I had to go elsewhere to get the connector replaced and then return and pick up the trailer. Since the existing connector was in good operating order win the trailer wiring was attached I felt like they should have at least offered to help me fix it or to repair it even if there was some charge but no offer was made-when l complained!
The trucks were stuck in the snow and the staff does not prepare the vehicles for their appointments. I was told it takes too much time for the employees to bring the trucks around. I think the customer service touch has gone. Should be better for customers.

The yard lady was very helpful on a cold winter morning. Got me hooked up and on my way fast. Very pleasant for being stuck outside in the cold all morning.

The online reservation system needs help. I tried to do the entire reservation online. When I arrived it asked me to take a picture of my ID. This could of happened while I was at home where it was warm instead of at the pickup location where it was cold. The system assigned me a truck that the store location just rented to another customer. I had to go inside the store to get a new reservation so all the times i spent making the reservation at home was a wast of my time. After uploading my ID I was again asked for all that information again inside. When I was assigned a truck the truck had so many dings and scrapes I tried uploading new photos but the online system would not take them. I finally saw an associate who brought out more â€œxâ€ stickers to mark them all. I was in luck when I returned the truck the same gal was there and did my check in so she was aware of all the damage the truck already had. This U-Haul location is close to my house I will rent from there again but please work on the reservation system, it needs help.

The checkout process was slow, complicated and cumbersome. The necessity of calling an emergency contact person before the vehicle can be rented is over-the-top and honestly degrading to the customer.

I did online check in but still had to go through everything when I got to store. Also was told had to call in as issue with my account but when called in nothing was found wrong so delayed my pickup time and getting on the road.
