Sidharth S. | Overall ExperienceI've had 2 totes stolen from me containing at least $2,000.00 worth of merchandise that I've reported to Uhaul customer service since I've had my things stored there. I later saw my things for sell on EBay. The blond haired boy that worked there would not allow me to be present when my lock was being replaced to my own unit! I was forced to remain in the lobby by this employee watching the locksmith take 2 totes to his vehicle with my things in them as he drove off. I called the local police and they told me it was a civil matter. So, the moral of the story is- if you operate a storage facility the people paying for the units have their rights violated by the employees.
