This is our first time renting a U-haul truck. We arrive and they give us the keys and everything. The only thing was the truck that they give us was having difficulty with the emergency brake so it took us 40 min to give us a new truck. They guy on the desk help us but we were veré disappointed about the truck having issues so they have to give us another truck
