Louis and Rico are amazing
BRIAN SI am glad I chose a drop off’s location because I was told at first that they do not accept drop off’s but when I showed him my paperwork then he was ok with it. He stated that most of the locations in Florida do not accept drop off’s. The website only gave me 6 choices and there were a lot of closer locations near my family that were not listed.

RONALD SIt took over 40 min to get my van I had to call and stay on the phone for over 40 min, then the lock to get the key wasn’t working, I will never get a rental from a place that isn’t open again
