Michelle is the most welcoming, friendly and professional experience! And, she saved my pickup experience from another dealer who didn’t do anything not even charging me for the rental! AND my fuse was blown on my trailer light connection so I had no lights. Michelle tested the trailer lights do I knew where to troubleshoot the issue. I Thank Michelle for her excellent customer service and attend to detail keeping me on the road during a very arduous long distance move!

The day before our rental, we were told that one of the items we requested was not available at that location. So we located it elsewhere! Then we were informed that one of those items had come in with another rental return. Since we had not canceled that particular item, we took it anyway but did not use it at all. That is my only concern of the whole rental.
