Got charged an extra $60 (an entire day) for being back 1 hour after our time. Our drop off time was supposed to be 4 PM. Our movers took longer than expected. I’d be okay with a late fee but not being charged an entire days worth.
MICHAEL GThere was no one in office- although hours were posted to be open. I used app to check in and out. App was slow at times, but was able to complete the process. Overall, not. bad.
Danny BI was deferred to this location by Uhaul (originally had Prosper location reserved). I had to wait 45 minutes for person to return from lunch to get my truck, and there were no moving blankets there. Person was very nice, and indicated that I just needed a code to get the truck key which was not provided to me by Uhaul in advance.
David M1)Don’t change pickup location the day before, 2)Don’t tell customer that pickup location has the necessary trailer ball for purchase onsite when the pickup location doesn’t even have a storefront, 3)Get employees that don’t show up to work 20 minutes late!
