Someone in the pick up office changed the drop off location to somewhere else than what we told them and then we kept being notified that we had not returned the trailer we rented, which was excessively expense, when, in fact, we had returned it to the location that we specified. We were then sent emails that we were going to be charged late fees because we had not returned the trailer, which we actually had in a timely manner. Horrible experience.

Kari SWe needed moving pads/blankets. We reserved 20 of them in our order. Not a word was said ~ they didn’t have any. They just removed them from our order. End result is I tried using a couple blankets that I didn’t pack, which failed. When I called, was just told, oh we didn’t have any, so we just removed them from your order.
