I booked this location because they said they are open on Sat 8-5PM. I booked a pick up at 11:30 but there was no one there, got an email, truck number but that was in a locket parking lot and noone provided us a entry code. I had to wait there for more than an hour before an area manager came and helped us get in. I had also requested for a dolly, got a confirmation that I will have it but they didn’t have it. So, overall a very bad experience.

Dropped off after hours so did not interact with anyone there, not meant to be a negative response above.
Steven SSomeone in the pick up office changed the drop off location to somewhere else than what we told them and then we kept being notified that we had not returned the trailer we rented, which was excessively expense, when, in fact, we had returned it to the location that we specified. We were then sent emails that we were going to be charged late fees because we had not returned the trailer, which we actually had in a timely manner. Horrible experience.
