I called and needed to drop off my trailer after hours and I could not have been more pleased, I spoke to Justin at the central city location and he answered after hours and guided me through the whole process and informed me where I could park the trailer! I must say Uhual has some fine trailers as I towed this one in from Superior Wisconsin and had Zero issues it towed beautifully and was rock solid! I also want to say Thank you so much Uhaul for having trusted and caring people like Justin in place to assist your customers with the best and upmost customer focused assistance and for having the Ultimate Trailers when we needed them! 10 stars way up!

The driver side mirror on the truck won’t stay in position. Makes it hard to see in traffic. Other than that excellent service and the owner is very friendly.
