The location itself was great - clean trucks, convenient, etc. The problem was the self check in process - another couple was also there and they couldn't get their reservation started. The app just kept going in circles, so they had to call I guess but they were still on the phone when I left so I know it took them a while at least to figure out what is supposed to be a quick process. I also had issues but fortunately I made it as far as getting the code to the physical keybox, so I was able to get my key and leave. When i tried to upload the pre-takeoff pictures of the sides of the truck, the app wouldn't keep the photos I took. I'd choose "use photo" but then it'd bring me back to the screen to upload other photos, but the one I'd just taken didn't stick. So I wasn't able to move past the photos part of the check in process to get to the odometer check etc. I just made a note myself of the odometer and ultimately the invoice after the fact was for the correct amount of mileage, so it was all good in the end. And obviously there was no damage to the truck, so the before and after pictures wouldn't have been needed anyway lol - but this happened to me before with online check in like 3 years ago. After that time, any Uhaul I got I made sure I chose an attended/open store so that I could get checked out. I had to use self check in this time just due to last minute circumstances and it was really a bummer to see the same shit still happening. I appreciate UHaul for sure and will continue to use but will just never choose self check in unless I absolutely have no other choice

Anh LI went there during office hours to pick up the truck,and the front desk person was very friendly. Also,I booked online and it was very easy,the only issue was that I wanted to confirm when I dropped off the key,but I never find out in the website how. But everything else was great. I will recommend this place.
Marjorie MBusiness hours at location are wrong Before I scheduled the truck I went to the place 3 times during working hours. But office was closed so I did everything through the app.
