I had problems getting the truck assigned to me then once it was assigned to me I had to jump through hoops for the location to get me a key because it was not in the lock box that it should have been in the overall process cost of me an hour of my time that I was already behind on I utilize U-Haul whenever I need a truck but I will not be returning to this location if at all possible. With that being said the couple times I had to call customer service they were right on it customer service did an amazing job on helping me with what they could help me with..
