Tire blew on the interstate and it took over 3 hours for road side assistance. I was hoping we would be given an extra 3 hours time to return trailer that we lost due to their faulty tire but they would not. Unfair.

CHRISTOPHER WLocation was unattended and we had an issue with our order, missing packing blankets, that caused a delay in getting our trailer and starting our move. Attendant was friendly and apologized when we arrived
