I tried to check in the trailer and they said they would get me checked in and I waited on the phone for 20 minutes in the parking lot and I just ended up getting off the phone and leaving because nobody respond

Tabitha Fif i could rate u-haul overall id give it zero stars i was charged twice the initial 75+ tax and then the next day I was charged $66 then was told I would get an eight dollar refund which makes no sense because you should have just processed my 75 then given me a refund instead of charging me another 66
alanna eTire blew on the interstate and it took over 3 hours for road side assistance. I was hoping we would be given an extra 3 hours time to return trailer that we lost due to their faulty tire but they would not. Unfair.
