I never met anyone. It was all over the phone. They were very nice and friendly. Windshield was absolutely filthy. Don’t know how or if they checked the oil, etc. I do think this is the best U-Haul shop in Centralia and would use them again. Truck was great. I set the cruise on 55 mph the entire 1000 mile trip and averaged 10.23 mpg loaded. Most drive faster and get 7 or 8 mpg. Don’t forget to turn off the tow mode, that gives you the 6 tho great for better mileage.

Parker EIf you are gonna have online check in, please provide wifi. It was a real struggle to check in and out because the cell service was bad. It took probably 20 min or more to check in and then 20 min checking out.
