The UhAul app sucks bad. It is slow and I had to move out of the location to get it to finish uploading pics upon return. During the pick up there was no page telling me that it was complete. I had to call to get the number for the trailer I was to get . It was not listed in the app. The app directions are unclear or totally missing. It is so slow!!!!! For a company that wants the customer to do everything electronically, it doesn’t make sense. Get it together UhAul.
