When I returned , I tried to use the online uhaul site to report my drop off. The site kept saying error on the uhaul screen. I sent message to the location contact person and everything was good to go.

No people there. I had trouble accessing the mobile return do I called the 800 number and they were very helpful and efficient.
Karl BI did find a tire bad after an inspection before I left. The tire was replaced and we made it safely to our destination.
Rob MHe told my daughter our truck would not pull it first then said he got it to say it was okay. The reason it would not we later found out was not our truck. Her car could not be pulled as it is all wheel drive. Thankfully my husband had them look it up online…. We never even ended up using it to haul it…. Wasted our money for nothing… He should not have rented it to us for it…. He knew something about it said we could not use it!
