Kristen PPickup went smoothly, truck was ready. Issue for all locations, app wants photos of truck (from all sides) when picking up, many locations don't have access to take photos as the app requests.
Matthew HOnly one person at the location, and a disabled legless veteran that just happened to be looking for the owners helped me load up the trailer that was dirty. Yeah, the more I use U-Haul the less likely I am to refer them to anyone.
