Only one person at the location, and a disabled legless veteran that just happened to be looking for the owners helped me load up the trailer that was dirty. Yeah, the more I use U-Haul the less likely I am to refer them to anyone.

The 15' rental teuck had a loud rattle as soon as the gas was pressed down. The paneling on the drivers side was broken and was caught on the seatbelt. I had to resecure it behind the exposed seatbelt wall mount before the aeatbelt was functional and safely secure. The truck got me to ky location safely though so it was all manageable.
WYATT NLocation was closed at drop off, so I can't speak on cleanliness or personnel. The key drop was easily located and they confirmed drop off Monday when they reopened. Overall a smooth transaction.

ed jThere was a homeless person sleeping in the trucks driver seat with his pants down upon arrival. The U-Haul smelt bad of urine and had a cigarette butt in the side door.
