By far the nicest customer service I've ever received by a Uhaul employee!

all I can say is don't use a credit or debit card when you are reserving a Uhaul at this location or any for that matter in Washington Oregon and California as they have a new system period I spent almost an hour and a half just trying to reserve a 6 by 12 trailer and it was due to their system as to why it took so long period I had to eventually pay cash due to after two credit cards that had pretty substantial limit get denied due to their system. The gentleman explain to me it was a trial period on the system and they were working out some Kinks I told them that if they wanted to keep in business they needed to be able to work The Kinks out first before having customers that we're relying on U-Haul to move. Moving is already stressful enough you shouldn't have to stress about getting a U-Haul or if the system will work.

The man behind the counter was slow, but some of it wasn't his fault. I did the advanced checkin and it didn't show up in the computer. So he had to reenter all of that stuff.

Please improve the time it takes to pick up a reserved truck. Our agent took an excessive amount of time on the computer entering our information, and then to locate our truck. As a result we were in the office for almost an hour, delaying our moving start time.

I was charged for two dollys in error. The original dolly I ordered on line was not available so it was to be switched for an appliance dolly. The dolly in the truck was never used. The inconvenience of not having the furniture dolly was given as a $5 credit on blanket rental. Please credit my bill $10 for the dolly I was overcharged.

I used my debit card and $233 was held thru bank of america. I returned the vehicle the same day and paid cash. now on the next day, $233 is still processing. I would like to be able to use my money. eithet your system hasnt reported the payment to the bank since the bank says they are waiting final amount from vendor or something else. so, now this uhaul has cost me over $400 at least for two days instead of the final cost of $185 that I paid in cash. not acceptable.

I was supposed to get a $20 gas refund and I did not. It took almost 50 minutes to get a 10 foot truck. And I had to put gas in it because it was empty
