I’ve rented a lot of vehicles and U-Haul’s. This was by far the greatest experience I had in regards to cleanliness quality of vehicle and response time for employees getting back to you. Definitely will be using this location again!!

no issues at all, professional and courteous service
KEVIN MI returned the vehicle with more fuel than I took it out with, but still they charged me a $25 cleaning fee for a perfectly clean vehicle (I even hand picked the dead leaves out of the truck bed before locking it up), and added 10 extra KMs to the odometer which I have a photograph to prove (should read 1090km, was rounded up to 1100km). It's not the money I care about, it's the lack of neighbourly consideration and skeeziness of the operation.
BRADLEY AI have rented vehicles on many occasions, but never from this location. This was by far the best experience. The vehicle was immaculate and the service was second to none. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
