How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe checking of the equipment before you pickup the equipment . Picked the first car hauler and major things wrong with it broken parts broken welds on the ramps NO SAFE FOR THE ROAD. I had to travel to diffrent location to pick up another one the difrent location very helpful stayed open we got there fantastic people to deal with. I call customer service they tryed to help me but I got cut off some does understand geography we tryed to tell where was going to get another one he was arguing with me keep saying the location didn't have we confirmed with the location and they affirmed it was in stock call me I'm not very about the whole ordeal

Kevin OTrying to do everything online in a community that has poor cell service so we ended up going into the office to do the paperwork. I’d rather have someone there to do the inspection before leaving anyways. Sometimes you just need humans. ;)
