The check in process was a pain. First the app said there would be counter check in available a starting from 11:30am and there was not. The shop was closed when I arrived at 12 pm. I had to move to a remote check in which isn't a big deal but I ran into an issue where I could not verify my truck. Everytime I clicked to do so in the app I got sent to a browser saying this link only works in the app. I had to call and have someone send me a new link. Also having to take multiple pictures of the truck before and after renting the truck is quite annoying compared to a counter check in/check out.
David KDid not realize the pick up and drop off would be self serve. Everything was via the app. It puts a burden on the customer and it was a pain. Will not do it again.
