I have used uhaul multiple times in the past and this is the worst experience. I specifically reserved am appliance dolly and a furniture pads. Apparently, this location does not provide them. I don't understand why the website in the first place would give me the option to reserve. I planned everything right, but the whole day was messed up because of these unforeseen issues. In addition, the truck was definitely not well maintained. I drove the truck for a mile and the TPMS came on. I checked the tires and they looked fine. The sensor kept triggering every now and them for no reason and I had to pull over to check to make sure I was safe. Towards the end of the trip the TPMS light just stayed on. Clearly it was broken.
