I've called and reported to U-Haul.com that you are sending the reservations, receipts and surveys to the wrong email address. I am not Caroline . I was assured that this would be corrected when she picked up the vehicle but obviously it was not.

TIFFANY FThe truck was not in great shape. Door wouldn't shut all the way and the tire pressure monitor system wasn't working. The truck ultimately ended up driving fine, but I wouldn't call the condition of the truck anything above average. Also not sure why I was charged a $15 "safe move" charge after I returned it.
ANDREW DI left my camera tripod in the vehicle and when I called to return to retrieve it. The owner claimed it wasn’t left in there. They are unorganized unfriendly and thieves.
