I left my camera tripod in the vehicle and when I called to return to retrieve it. The owner claimed it wasn’t left in there. They are unorganized unfriendly and thieves.

The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the equipment or what was going on. When I mentioned the tire pressure being low the attendant told me that I needed to pay to put air in the tire. The tire pressure light was on upon getting the keys. I had to ask for a receipt to be sent to me.

GENERAL HUsing the app was easier than I expected. The pickup took longer than I thought only because the convenience store was VERY busy and he was the only one working. I could have been on the road about 30 mins sooner had there been more help.
