No one was there. Location looked abandoned. Never once open or staffed during posted business hours. Friday 11.14.2025 at 4:15pm i left the keys in the drop box and stood on the property for an additional 20+ minutes waiting for a ride. All the while two women stood on opposite sides of the parking lot never speaking a word to me. Once my ride came the two women rushed to the office and turned the lights on for business. I can only assume this is an illegal operation using Uhaul as a front. Disgusting... and to have the audacity to charge me and falsify my return time.... pathetic.

Eliette NAfter returning the truck, a $25 cleaning fee, $18 fuel fee and $38 fuel service fee were added to the bill and they never mentioned these before renting. A complete rip-off
