I was charged double by they said I had the trailer an extra day, when it was a one day rental. Trying to get my bill straightened out. Other than that it was ok.

Odometer meter was wrong and was overcharged for mileage and insurance rates were horrible

Saturday morning pick up was very slow with only two people working. I was in line 30+ minutes before my turn and there were 4 people behind me still. Everything else from initial questions, making the reservation, through dropping the trailer off was very good service.

Very organized with new way to pickup & drop off trailers! In & out within 15 min tops on drop off. Had lighting issues on pickup due to wires being plugged into wrong wires & fuses blowing. No big deal. Very satisfied overall!!

Get newer trucks and update the maintenance. Have better pricing for in town moves and discounts for it too, get rid of mileage charge for in town moves as well

The last time I used U-haul was 25 years ago and I am astonished at how much this location has improved since then.

The whole overall experience was a nightmare. First off i had a reservation for a 20ft truck. When my fiance got there thry lost the keys to the truck we were supposed to get and that truck wasbparked in fromt of the other 20ft truck. After 2 hrs of being there they gave us the biggest piece of crap 17 ft truck ive ever seen in my life. I thought it was going to break down. We needed to keep the truck for an extra 12 hrs and we had to return it at noon. We show up at 1205 and hot charged tons of extra fees. They charged us an additional 50 dollars and charged us for being late. I would never us this place again

Customer service was terrible. We reserved and paid for a 26 ft truck. However, we were given a 20 ft truck. The rep who only said about 5 words to us during the entire transaction told us 'yes' twice to our 2 questions trying to confirm it was indeed the 26 ft truck as we were skeptical that it was the larger truck. Once we got it home, 40 miles later, I measured the inside and we then noticed the 20 ft sticker on the inside of the truck. I immediately called the office to explain we paid for and were assured we received the 26ft truck but were indeed given the 20 ft. Natalie said the computer showed we received a 26 ft and she wanted to know how we knew it was not a 26 ft. I explained that I measured the inside and saw the 20 ft sticker. I explained that we were packing that day and needed the additional 6 ft as we were moving contents of a large house and were traveling 530 miles away. She advised she would have one of the gentlemen call us back. Four days later and no call. I spoke with the Springfield Regional Office today and the Champaign store not only did not call me back but did not enter my complaint. I now have to rent a 6x12 trailer in order to get the rest of my household to my new address and I've paid for a truck that I did not receive. I still have hope they will correct the issue.

this is my 3rd and final encounter with this company. customer satisfaction is NOT part of their policy. I am sharing with everyone I know. We were disrespected at every level with the exception of booking the rental on line. the vehicle was not available for pick up until after noon on the date we needed it. we stood in line for 30-45 minutes to get acess to the vehicle. the people in front of us did not get a trailer at all. I will NEVER use this company again. I will NEVER recommend this company and will share our experience with anyone I hear is planning on using this company

The customer service the store manager demonstrated exceeded my expectations and the overall mood of the staff was of enthusiasm. I have rented from uhaul many times all over the nation. This was the finest run uhaul facility I have ever seen.

Being a first time customer, it would have been nice if the DUE DATE was highlighted as well with the other things that were highlighted. I just assumed I had until Friday, at anytime, to drop of my uhual. You all got me for another $63.00, that I didn't have. Make sure you have your employee's reinerate that customers have to drop of their Uhaul at the EXACT time they pick it up. Not once was this mentioned to me.

Rented a 15-ft truck with supposedly full 36-gal tank, drove 35 miles. U-Haul mgr told me gas mileage is 11 mi. Filled tank 1 mile from dropoff location upon return, needed 9+ gallons! Obviously I had been given a truck whose tank was 6 gal short of full. When pointing the inconsistency and showing the CC gas receipt (with date and time stamps) to U-Haul agent, she said she isn't into billing and dismissed my claim! She claimed she called her Asst Manager and he supported her. I said the Manager better call me next day otherwise I'll have to stop payment on my CC. After more than 24 hrs, still no call from U-Haul. I know what I have to do next. Dear U-Haul: Please don't BS your customers.

There are frequently exceptionally long wait periods as there is usually only one person helping customers. The staff is unprofessional and appears as if they are not interested in the customers' needs at all. My equipment and size of truck was not available but I was not informed that I would be given a smaller truck until I arrived to pick up. I was charged for two days instead of one even though I only had it for one day and was assured that I would only be charged for one day. When I went in to dispute the charge, it was a very lengthy process and the staff was not able to explain why I had been charged double. Not only has the issue still not been rectified, I was charged two more times in addition to the double day charge. I am very disappointed with this location and have avoided it for years. Each of my experiences with this particular location have all been poorly handled and greatly inconvenient.

Better customer service. When I picked up, the guys were super friendly, but uninformed. When I returned, the girls were knew exactly what was going on, but rude as heck. All in all, I was able to rent a truck, which is what I set out to do.
