Cruise control in the trucks would be a great start. Radios that work would be great. Honest price advertising is a FUCKING MUST! There's a huge fucking difference between the prices advertised on every sign, on every truck panel and every truck window. For example, the truck I used is advertised at $29.95 BUT that's only if I stayed within city limits. The actual price since I was moving out of town was $158 per day. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!?! Those 2 prices are no where near each other! I truly felt I was cheated or at the very least, i was lied to.BRANDON H.

I left my glasses box in the truck (I'm sure it fell on the floor) but if there was a thorough clean up of the truck cab (as one would expect during this pandemic) there was no effort to keep it in the lost and found.JOSE M.
The people at the desk both at check-in and check-out time did not wear masks. The person at the desk at check-in was rather abrupt, bordering on rude. When I returned the truck, there was a sign saying that someone would come to the truck to help close out the rental and to wait in the truck. But no one came to the truck. I finally had to go in to find that no one was at the desk either. After a few minutes someone showed up who was also not friendly. We made this reservation over two weeks before we were going to move. During the reservation process I never got a confirmation email that I had reserved my 26 ft super mover. I kept asking if it was reserved and the representative ( Brayden Smith) kept telling me yes. I got the email stating my 6x12 trailer had been confirmed. (I rented a 26ft mover and 6x12 trailer with a ramp). The day we were scheduled to move, we called and asked if we could pick up our equipment a little early. They had no record of us needing a 26 ft truck and had us using a 6x12 trailer with no ramp. They stated we had not reserved one. (We reserved the trailer til Sunday and the truck until Monday 4/17/21-4/19/21) after waiting for a few min on hold we were told the best that could be done was 24 hours. We were forced to alter our plans in order to make it work. Fortunately we were able to make it work, but if we were unable to this would have caused us to have to locate a storage unit which would have been an additional expense. The representative was able to fix the trailer no issue. Although the representative gave us a truck, no one seemed concerned that the previous representative had not made the reservation correctly from the beginning. To sum it up, we were very disappointed with the overall service.DANIEL T.
