I went to pick up the trailer that i pre paid for and all the u-haul staff left for the day, so there was no one there to check me out. The staff found a employee that was off the clock and she came in and took care of it. They need some new managers that can run the store.

Nicholas BWe were allowed to make an appointment for a 7:30am pick up. The facility does not open until 9am. When we tried to explain to the agent that we had called UHaul and they said to take it up with the store location - the guy at the store tried to push it back off on UHaul saying "yea they always do that". No solution, no apology, no concern. Truck wipers were not in good condition to drive in the rain.
MICHAEL SGas tank was only 3/4 full.
