I called two other local U-Haul rentals and was continuously put on hold at one and hung up on at the other. I was relieved to have someone answer the phone and help me with my reservation at Ace Hardware on Kirby. Randy was helpful and kind and made my rental experience easy.

The truck was turned in the next day (Friday) we were told by a lady, we will take care of it no paperwork was given. We received a phone call Tuesday morning asking about the truck because it wasn't checked in yet. My daughter called the location and they said they were behind checking in vehicles. I think 4 days is unacceptable for not checking in a vehicle not to mention the fear that we didn't have confirmation of turning it back in.
Phil DNice location and I dropped off the car trailer the night before we unloaded so that I didn't have to manoeuvre the whole lot around the streets,
