It was my first bad experience using U-Hual, because my reservation site was suddenly changed. I only found out when the staff at my original location told me that they had no record of my reservation. I even checked to see if it was my mistake-whether I had entered the wrong location - but both the pickup and drop-off places matched what i had originally booked. I ended up driving 5 more minutes and had to spend extra money unnecessarily.

I was double charged on my one way rental. Once in at the pickup location and then again at the drop off location.

Marc RMy truck wasn’t available at the time I rented it for the truck had a lock on it that needed a code and the clerk wasn’t aware of it and didn’t know the code and wasn’t helpful at all!!
