Spoke to manager and arranged for a time specific appointment to drop trailer. I showed up on time. He was 30 minutes late. I have a bad knee and wanted help to drop the trailer. No one else was there. Trailers were all over the place.

Moshe SThere was nobody at the location until 45 minutes after our reservation time, and it required making a phone call to find out where they were. The equipment was fine, but if your move is time sensitive I would not recommend this location.
