I asked about the possibility of dropping off the trailer to the Moira location as it was closer to my home. I was told that it would be an additional $50.00 or so. I told him about our experience of trying to rent a trailer from multiple locations closer to my home and asked if he could allow for the delivery back to Moira at no cost to accommodate for the inconvenience of finding a location that actually could fulfill my rental request. I was told that he was not able to waive the delivery fee but I could call Albany to see what they could do. I cannot tell you how frustrating this whole experience has been. If I have a choice I will never rent from you again.

RICHARD LOnly reason to drop off there is the lower cost than others around Don’t expect anyone to meet you or help you take the trailer off the truck. There was no one around even though we called and told him what time we would be there and we arrived 2 minutes early!
