This was supposed to be a free rental since the other uhaul location at the other ABCD hardware wrecked the truck I reserved and could not get me a replacement. But it appears as though I have been charged for the feee rental

The U-Haul app is terrible. Thankfully an actual person showed up to check me in and give me my rental truck. Yes apps can be great and time saving, but having an actual competent human is much better. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me. He was very pleasant and accommodating, rental truck was clean, and he started it and cooled the cab down for me. Very much appreciated.
