There was a check engine light on in the truck and the steering was off. The drop off experience was very confusing ,but that isn’t location specific. Scott was very easy to work with during pickup

The app is terrible. It took over 30 minutes to checkout the vehicle via the app. I had to call the support number for help. Returned the vehicle at 3am and had to call the number again because the app would glitch. Spent another 20 minutes for this process. I asked the representative if this is a common issue and she acknowledged it was. If you’re aware the app glitches, you need to fix the issue. Completely unacceptable.

david pThis was supposed to be a free rental since the other uhaul location at the other ABCD hardware wrecked the truck I reserved and could not get me a replacement. But it appears as though I have been charged for the feee rental
