I returned the Uhaul with slightly more fuel than where it was at when I received it. I was charged $12 for 2 gallons of fuel on my final receipt. I sent photos I took of the gauges when I picked it up and when I returned it for reference. I would like to be refunded for the overcharge.

Complete opposite experience at this drop off location when compared with pick up location. U-haul service standard should probably be reviewed for consistency .
Torrey JTruck was in pretty bad condition. Staff didn’t even go through it with us when checking out. Truck was scary to drive a lot of play in steering, seat belt bracket was broken, tires felt over inflated. I have rented from Uhaul before this was the worst condition of truck
